We picked up some new snow overnight fri-sat, so we decided to give Adams a go today. We were able to drive to just shy of Cold Springs campground (~5500). Followed the "summer route" and skied Crescent Glacier/Moraine. Wind favored aspects were were decent above 7k, variable kinds of crust and mank below. Dropped in at 8300ft, but we had lost our light by then. Vertigo conditions. Put skins back on at ~6k for self preservation. The up was more fun than most of the down today.
Gotta love that down skinning. Good effort getting out and up!
