Three of us went to Snow Lake 12/3/14. Sunshine was much more abundant than snow.
Sadly, a substantial layer of hoar frost has developed. The crystal close-ups were taken at around 3700' on the SE aspect south of Snow Lake. Where the sun reaches the snow a variable crust is shaping up under the facet layer. The snow under that is dry and ranges from roughly 15-30cm deep typically.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play? Fantastic clear views and a nice hike!
