Spent today with (the very fit) Dan Peck at Muir. Conditions were much better than expected despite the 100mph shellacking yesterday. Crusties turned to corn by early afternoon, and the subtle driftlines were carvy and fast. Ski cramps mandatory in the AM.

As always, great photos Norseman! The shot of the icy pavement doesn't look too enticing!
Super fun day! The mountain rumbled constantly as we crawled upwards. We even had camp muir all to ourselves. A rare event. Thanks Norseman for the good times. Looking forward to more.
