Beautiful morning at Bachelor.
Up hiked from Sunrise on the maintenance road to top of Rainbow, then via the hikers trail until it disappeared under snow couple hundred feet from the summit top shack. Left my gear at the top shack, hiked up to the summit proper and loitered for a while hydrating.
Summit is snow free. The bowl is pretty full up with rock fall.
Nice ski down the southeast face to just above Rainbow top shack.
Walked the climbers trail down as there was construction traffic on the road. Little narrow for my A-frame w ski boot wings rig.
Plenty leathers on dirt for short ski, but July is in the books.
