This year I really wanted to ski up in one push, leaving all the camping gear behind and acknowledging that sleep is usually insubstantial anyway.
So Mandie, Henry and I left Paradise at 5:45pm on May 31st. We crossed the upper Wilson and climbed the Finger through the night on bullet-proof snow and got on the summit dome around 11am.
We summited at 1:30pm, and after a short rest skied down, which only took 1 hour from the summit to the parking lot.
Definitely felt tired on the way up but recovery was surprisingly fast and we were already feeling good on the way down. Here's a 2 min video from the trip:
