Snow quantity: No doubt: Can skin from parking to where ever. Just watch for snow removers attempting to clear snow from the road leading up to Artist Point. That is a battle you will lose.
Snow quality on chutes themselves: Smooth enough to make only 4 turns for 700 vertical feet, if you don't have a good wax, you could get by with only 1 or 2 turns.
Overall: Those on a tight time frame can squeeze in a couple of laps on the good old Blueberry Chutes near Mt. Baker ski area.
