We did a morning trip out to Red Mountain (Snoqualmie), leaving Seattle a bit after 5am, crossing the log bridge at 6:40am, and topping out just before 9am to beautiful sunshine. We promptly skied down the mostly shady slope due to our schedule, though we might have been able to wait slightly longer to let some sun and temps soften the semi-breakable overnight crust over the protocorn. Perhaps risky to push it on

Yes sir, though regrettably we did not follow through on rap-skiing some 5.12's, despite carrying all our backcountry bling bling up to the wall :D
