We started at Pioneer Gulch TH (junction of 2149 and 2160) -- road was clear all the way there.
Snow started at trail junction (about 1 mi. in) and was continuous all the way to the top. Lots of sun-cupping, pinwheels, and loose wet slides on solar aspects. We stayed on top of the SW ridge most of the way up, which had some difficult terrain to navigate (for us novices, at least) and required boot packing.
On the descent, snow was nice until about 7,000 feet. After that, it was sticky/slushy.
The biggest casualty of the day was when our map blew off the cliff edge near the false summit. If anyone finds it, you'll know which yayhoo lost it.

Thanks for the report, it's on my list, have climbed it in the summer a few times, but would love to ski it.
That is a beautiful ridge! Thanks for the TR.
