Spent 3 days after the Wapta at Rogers Pass with a couple splitboarders from Edmonton. Intense solar on the morning of the 21st lead to crust formation on sunny aspects but with minimal crowds there was endless north facing powder to be had. Day 1 we were in the vicinity of Hospital Knob and Ursus Trees, day 2 we toured up the Asulkan and skied the Tree Triangle, day 3 we lapped steep tree lines skiers right of the Hourglass (Cheops North). Did we see you guys in the parking lot at the end of the day on the 21st? I remember running into some people who mentioned that they had skied Ursus Trees and had watched us skin up Video. In any case that was a great day!
