The wind has really taken it's toll building heavy cornices, wind pack, breakable crust, ice, exposed rocks and grass in places and fortunately powder in tree sheltered zones.
I encounted hair raising whoomping on the mostly flat plateau just below the Hill today. It felt like a sonic boom radiating through the windpack as the entire crust layer broke and shifted like an earthquake. My instinct told me to look up but we were on mostly flat terrain with nothing above but sky.

I would reitterate what others have said in previous posts. Be careful out there!
