Booted up to the bowl via Switchback Trail in mostly sunny skies.  Sun crust everywhere except shaded zones. 7-10 inches of dense powder near the crest on the north side made for enjoyable turns.

One shallow slab seen in one of the main climbers gulleys on the south face. Minor sluffing and rollies observed but mostly on sun exposed slopes in the bowl. Soft crusts of various thickness and windpack lower down.

Rocks still lurking below the thin cover lower down striped Ken of his skis, fortunately no injuries just smiles. It felt great to finally get some turns in powder!
Excellent snow in "Victor Bowl"?    :)
How much snow on the Switchback Trail?
