Maiden Peak Shelter and Slush

Did a quick weekend trip out to the Maiden Peak shelter this weekend. Coverage is pretty sad on the south-facing first three miles up to Rosary Lakes on the PCT. It gets better after that but it's not great. We did end up with some skiable snow around the Maiden Peak saddle, thought it was pretty sticky and heavy. Maiden Peak shelter was great. The firewood could run out in the next month or so.
