January 4, 2014, - Paradise Environs

Saturday was bearded guy day on Rainier I heard so Josh and I headed up the mountain to partake. We went from Paradise up to Pan Point to start. The pan face was a total s**t show of lumbering snowshoers, inexperienced skiers and various wierdos from DC.  Once we survived the wind gusts and made it to the point, we opted to bail down the skiers left flank of Pan Point. It was marvelous. We then made our way over the drainaige by sort of circumnavigating the ridge to the left. It was about 35 degrees and wind free bluebird day. Ran glorius boot top, medium heavy laps up both sides of the basin. In short, it was dreamy.

Didn't take any pictures because, well, I forgot my camera so I don't have any of those to share plus per my name, I'd probably goof up trying to upload them and break the interwebs.
