First time out this month touring just couldn't handle the bushwacking and crappy skiing. I have been reduced to using sleds for acccess into the alpine to get a sniff at the powder.
Still very thin out there 90cms and it was a total mixed bag of garbage below the fresh 25cms.
It was almost a tail of two days with storms skiing in the morning and a cold wet sled ride and then sun and warmth in the afternoon. Hoping January brings more snow!
