Dec 08, 2013, Stevens, Still Rocking...

A little late TR from sunny and warm Oaxaca, Mexico.  It was 11F when left TH, and 15F when came back.  But pretty comfortable when going up the sunny south ridge.  Two groups caught up w/ us, and continued on.  Ryan+Eric skied the west slope and reported still nice powder run.  two other guys skied off the summit into the main basin down to the lake, not sure how skiing was.  We took time taking a lot of pics as usual.  Skiing back in the open was a little inconsistent on nice snow mixed with some trapping wind crusts.  Once in the trees, we found short, but nice light powder.  The south ridge still needs more snow for care-free skiing; we walked below 4k'.  Cold but beautiful day out.  More pics of
