Got a good dump last night of light and fluffy. No rocks Roundhouse to Village on good snow. Great powder up to 18" up high. Still big rocks showing in Alpine so being careful is a must. Skinned up Pikas Traverse and Matthews Traverse to get to Whistler Bowl where I skied variable smooth powder/windblown the whole bowl. Awesome high speed turns with no bumps! Shale Slope was windblown/ice on ridge, then perfect, deep powder all the way to Peak Chair. The Alpine won't open for a while, so tomorrow we're going to go ski Boundry Bowl on the other side of Symphony, and Wednesday I'll hit Flute, and Thursday I'm heading to Cowboy Ridge! It will be cold and untracked the whole time if all goes to plan! Sunshine the rest of the week!
Nice powder turned into windcake last night. Southfacing was skiable. Lower down on sheltered runs was still soft.
