Middish day saw an ant line headed up Sessel that makes the one on the Muir Snowfield look lame. Can't attest to the skiing. The snow was pretty nice this morning but got heavier all day. But there's enough to move about on. Oh, and there's a skin track that makes I-90 look like a game trail.
Skiing was most excellent on the upper mountain. Had international all to ourselves, then we were a bit surprised to see the gongshow of people that had formed on the lower mountain while we were up top lapping pow.
35cm at parking lot turned into 90cm (mostly new snow, maybe 10-20 solid base below) above 4k. Pit yielded a slight wind layer at 15cm, but all sugar on top, no shear results. Some brush skied, but no base scratches car-to-car.
