We jumped in the car at 3am for a quick day trip up the Squak Glacier on Saturday. We scored a great weather window above the lowland clouds. Booted up a nice shaded snow patch from the trail up to Crag View. The skins went on there all the way to the top. The rope stayed in the pack the whole day, but there were a few cracks on the upper mountain that we had to make our way around. The snow was quite soft up high and could be described as cut-able cups lower down.
