I must really like skiing sun cups as more were to be found out by the Coleman Pinnacle area.

The trail from Artist Point to the Chain Lakes and Ptarmigan Ridge junction was mostly snow free with only a few short snow crossings. About a half mile past the junction, the snow was fairly continuous. There are still many lines greater than 1,000 vertical feet of continuous skiing. Despite the sun cups, the conditions were soft.
