Didn't expect much, but brought skis to ski patches near the road at Natches Peak. However, two guys coming out said we really should go around to where there's a big open bowl, so, of course... One hour doing laps turned into four doing traversing and considerable bushwacking with a somewhat longer and more fun downhill run and much longer climb back up, out and around. Worth getting in trouble for, but our spouses had just returned from their hike when we got back, so it was perfect! There actually is some snow back there on the NE to SE in decent lightly suncupped condition.
