Eric, Craig, and I skied the Emmons on Tuesday finding pretty good snow for the most part. I didn't think the Inter was going to be so good but when we hit it in late afternoon we found the best turns of the day and fabulous light and clouds. http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5327/9205713584_d0c74b6db2_o.jpg" />

Lower Inter Glacier

We said hello to you guys as you were heading out from White River Campground and I've been looking forward to seeing your trip report. Sounds like you had a great time!

WOW-- looks like great conditions.  Awesome photos!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great pictures, they brought back many fond memories skiing this route. Thanks.

If you don't mind my asking: what camera did you use?

runningclouds, I took my Canon S90 on this climb, but on easier trips or when I'm feeling up to it I use a Sony NEX-7. On snow with the S90 I normally shoot RAW, program +1/3, then run them through Photoshop.

Jim,

The photos and TR are great BUT I noticed Eric was skiing without a hat and getting a red spot on his head. Also, Eric is still on his Scarpa’s. I thought he was getting “light” boots. I know-we have the same big feet and boots. He skis like the wind. ;D

Wonderfull pictures, and report, thanks.

Thanks Jim, you sure know what to do with the Canon S90. Another proof the operator is more important than the camera. Happy shooting!

- J D,  in that first pic, could you bank a turn off that ice bulge.  looks fun
