I hit skinnable snow in Glacier Basin. The Inter Fork is still bridged just above Glacier Basin and it was best to cross early, as the moraine is tall and melted out and goes the the wrong direction if you climb it too far. The bottom 1000 feet were a bit bumpy, but not too abusive. Above 8000' or so the snow was nice and smooth, and only slightly sticky at 2PM. Hints of crevasses on the Inter Glacier were easy to avoid by tending climbers' right until the last 500 feet up to the Prow.
The Emmons route looks to be in excellent ski shape. Go get some!

The Emmons is still in pretty good shape for skiing. A couple cautious snow bridge crossings but otherwise OK. Unfortunately on saturday morning a cloud settled on the mountain and left us just shy of the summit and unable to see much of anything until about 12,500 feet where we finally got to ski. Saw quite a few people coming in on skis and splits saturday around midday though, I hope they had some more success with the weather today.
