Skied the southwest slopes of South Sister yesterday (June 27). Snow starts around 6300 ft (although patchy in some places). We started continuous skinning from around 6800 feet. From 8600 ft to 10,000 ft we booted up the pumice trail. We skied off the summit down the southwest face all the way back to 6300 ft. Great day! Cheers
