cont'd good conditions down here. The Shasta Mtn guides are reporting good conditions due to the cool weather and light snowfall that occured last month. The snow elevation on the South Side is around 9,000 ft. The NE, Hotlum side is smooth snow conditions down to about 9,000 ft. At Mt Lassen, the snow is still around at the road's summit, 8,500 ft. The trail work has not resumed due to the lingering snowpack. The weather this wkend is avg temps, clear skies and a cooling down for a few days after the wkend !
