We were able to drive slightly further than yesterday, now about 3700'. Tomorrow will be a little closer, we saw considerable road melting on our return this evening. The sloppy snow of the past two days is beginning to consolidate a bit more, and the ski out is still very nice. Kinda sad it will end so quickly, it sure is good now.

Thanks for the report, Silas, and for the warning that the Silver goods won't last too long. Was wondering about that one as I saw a photo from a friend of mine who hiked to Silver yesterday as well and his photos had very little snow in them so was worried for a bit. Gotta go grab it while it last, huh?

I don't know if I've seen so many people in the frame of a backcountry ski vid at the same time. Fun. Looks like you guys were ski partying like its 1999.
