What a way to close off the spring touring season with a week at Kokanee Glacier Cabin. After skiing most of December/Jan/Feb I was pretty burnt out and needed a break and started hitting the road bike pretty hard and getting in some great racing.
I knew that there would be some skiing on the horizon after winning 3rd place in the Expose Yourself Contest presented by
The week was extremely hot with temps reaching 20 celcuis at the Cabin. It made for some early mornings
We spent the week enjoying long glacier runs except for 1 day when we made a push for a major mission to summit Grey's Peak.

It was great to see the sunny and warm days during your trip. The long days gave you the time to get to Grey's Peak and the upper slope. I had cold and short days in our February Kokanee Trip. Great photos. ;)
The warm andsunny are it pretty easy to enjoy the day. With stability in the winter those Glacier runs would be unreal. Can't beat 3hr hike to a 3000ft Glacier run.
Grey's was a mission. But totally worth it lottery entry for 2014/15 is going to happen so many options in winter.
