I was almost there Sunday, skiing along the rock ridge between the Paradise glacier and the Muir field. They were found around 8000', I stopped at 8500'. It was mostly whiteout, both up and down. I was navigating with my GPS feeling a bit foolish up there in that condition. A strange thing was that at one moment I did imagine finding somebody having been lost in the whiteout. If I had run into them, maybe I could have helped them getting out or gotten some help...before...
