Fun weekend in the Teanaways.  As Big Steve mentioned in another TR, we hit Judy's on Saturday in the mixed weather of rain, sun, snow showers and wind.

Started about 1/2 mile from the Beverly TH, one person was stuck so decided to hoof it again.  While walking the road, a Pathfinder broke through the snow bank.  Later in the day when coming back, a Subaru Outback made it, so it's open to the TH now.

Started with promising sun on Sunday, how appropriate.  The stream crossing is still somewhat challenging, Tevas helped, most people got wet.

Skinning from the second gully.  Approached Earl from an established skin track along the SW rib (thanks!).  Snow bridge that we crossed in the morning was no more, they are going fast.  Once on the ridge, we had snow and sun breaks, quite nice.  Winds were around 10-20mph.

Once on the peak, winds died down, signed the register, fueled up and observed the cool sun spots along the peaks with passing rain showers in the distance.  Stuart and Ingalls were half in the clouds as well.

Ski down was a mix of wind scoured crust, corn, and mank.  Once off the ridge, it was quite pleasant decending the SW rib.  As stated, two snow bridges were gone, had one more further down to ski across.

Great weekend!
