April 8, 2013, Hyak Heavy

A late start, and then a brief tour of 'Snoqualmie Pass parking lots we know€™ eventually landed Fletcher and I at the bare dirt base of Hyak. I think Fletcher is still hung over from his Shuksan/Baker combo last week. I was feeling weathered from too much gardening. We trudged up the track to the ridge. Looked like only one had been before us. All that 'powder€™ to enjoy. We drifted down the sticky slopes in a pretty much straight line. Decided to do a second run since we were there. Things were a little better in the steeper areas near chair. Lots of snow falling down the hill with us. Went home and got a sammy. I guess you get what you put into it.
