NTrying to take advantage of the weather window we did a few days of touring around the Cascades. Here are some of the conditions we found.
3/26 Lennox, approached via Money creek and up climbers left of goat basin.  Mostly fun skiable mashed potatoes. Easy travel through brush.  Evidence of lots of large slides in and above basin.
3/27 Delancy Ridge, Climbed and skied steep south facing 3000'+ chute above bridge where road is closed on east side of Hwy 20. Snow was something between mashed potatoes and soft cooked corn. Nice conditions for such a steep run.
3/28 Silver Star Installed a skin track up silver star creek. We saw no sign that anybody has climbed up there for a bit. Only heli drops. Good pow and recycled pow on upper mountain. Mashed potatoes below.

Skied car to car on all routes
How far is the skin from the gate for Silver Star?

We skinned up silver star creek starting about 100 yards before the gate. 4.25 hours from car to summit Col.

I saw your tracks on Lennox yesterday.  Amazing amount of terrain you guys did in a short time.  Impressive!

I like the combination of your photo w/ massive cliff and the phrase "easy travel".  Heard and saw lots of snow and rocks moving around.  I'll post a report with some pictures later.

Cheers.
