GOT TO TRAIL HEAD AT ABOUT 11:30. THE ROAD IS ALMOST MELTED OUT ALL THE WAY THERE. SWITCHBACKS STICHING UP WEST FACE ARE PRETTY MUCH MELTED OUT AS WELL. CLIMB TO TOP OF SWITCHBACKS AND ROUND THE RIDGE TO THE EAST SLOPE. STILL HAS DECENT SNOW PACK...NOT GREAT BUT DEFINITLY A NICE SHORT WALK. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. I MADE SOME TURNS TO THE LAKE BELOW. PRETTY NICE, A LITTLE SLOW SLUFF BUT OVERALL I FELT LIKE THE SNOW PACK WAS PRETTY SAFE. NICE EASY BOOT PACK BACK UP.  ITS A NICE WALK FOR GOOD WHEATHER/SOLO/LATE START/SNOWBOARDER.
