2/15 Tatoosh fun in the sun!

Geared up this morning around 7:00 for a solo recon/ride mission in the Tatoosh. Got to Narada Falls at 9:30. There was one skin track which I parallelled and booted a nice path all the way to the saddle. Stopped at 5340ft and did a CT on 35 degree slope, results were fantastic with CTN. Continued up on the super sweet snow to the Foss-Castle saddle, 2 hours up from the car. I had the place to myself, ate some food, kicked it for about an hour and then a lone snowshoer came to join me. We chatted for some time and after about 2.5hrs on the saddle I did my recon on some routes I've been thinking of. I then strapped in and got the very first turns since the last snow, all the way down! I was a wicked good run on wicked good snow  ;D

Off to White Pass in the AM and then either the route I scoped today or Hurricane Ridge on Sunday!
