Some blue sky, light breeze, and minimal crusty conditions were what we found on our way up the XC trail to Windy Acres. Beyond that was the 10-12" old powder from Saturday which had settled another couple inches. As expected, snow near the ridgecrests was wind affected. Finding untracked lines was a bit more difficult after Randy and his 12 guests had enjoyed great turns yesterday, but we fortunately succeeded. On exit, the weather was quite cloudy and wetter than our morning approach.
