Road opened at 7:25!?!
Met up with Adam & Alex at switchback lot at 9. Hiking by 9:30.
Boot-deep cold snow, noticeable hard crust under new snow at lower elevations.
Bluebird skies and cold temps begged us to ski in the sun.
Lapped Victor Pass, south face (1,500' vert) twice.
Some warming late in the day led to wet slabs releasing on the old supportive crust(around 4,500').
Great overall conditions.
