Even better than yesterday!  Less wind, more sun, warmer temperatures.  More powder clown posses, gaggles, and giggling girls.  10-12" powder on SW facing slopes 6600-4500' gave us and the hordes untracked goodness all day.  E and NE testing found some wind affect.
Mind the windscouring - variable windslabbish snow caught tips readily. Slab's there in places, but the propensity to slide wasn't large.  Sheltered pow was great on all aspects, unsheltered pow was only great on some. Expect some suncrust in the morning?

Where it was good, it was good.

Here's another one of Ed.

A beautiful day in the mountains!!

What a great day. Not to often you get light snow, no wind, sunshine, and views like that!  How lucky we are...

Good bumping into you again Silas and nice meeting some of your company, Susan, Kneel, and other names evade me at the moment.  Was fun watching folks going to their own zones and getting untracked lines.  We ended up all over the damn place.

Great video, Ed!  Watching the drifters cut through the glades made me feel like I was doing the skiing (I always watch my tips, just like your camera ;>))  That was a lot of fun.  Thanks!

Great video Ed -- loved the "5-O" rolling through at the end.
