The road to Paradise at Longmire may not open today due to weather and road conditions. If it does, it will be noon or later. -

Weather conditions: nice cold powder with good visibility, excellent skiing potential.

Apparently a nice little snowstorm seems like a catastrophe if you're a rent-a-cop, I mean 'ranger', who transferred here from Natches Trace or Tuzigoot.  The National Park Service is an organization that has outlived its usefullness and should be abolished.  Bring the troops home now and put some of them to work running the parks, as they did for forty years before the existence of the pathetic NPS.

Wow, that's not very nice.
