Very good conditions on Lane Peak Jan 3.
Both the Fly and Zipper skied well with a little wind skin in places but mostly they were medium soft to chalky; really fun. Booting up was thigh to waist deep depending on your stature.
We ended up topping out from the Fly but the south facing stuff was pretty miserable skiing.

The apron below the couloirs provided excellent recycled pow skiing.
**whomever skied Plummer on the 1st or 2nd... those tracks looked tasty!

"Thigh to waist deep": nothing like a little healthy exercise! Excellent!
