Spent five spectacular days attempting to ski the Bugs to Rogers Pass ski traverse. After two storms on top of sketchy snow conditions, windslab conditions and an epic final day dealing with a large storm and the loss of equipment we pulled the plug near the halfway point. A quick call to CMH Bobby Burns and a short hop on the copter and we were back to safety and the comforts of a backcountry ski lodge.
Definately will be heading back next year to complete the traverse from our halfway point.
