Looking for leftovers around Stevens today. All was coated in a breakable rain crust and made for some difficult skinning and skiing. Managed some very comical turns down shoulda coulda and fleur de lis. Fun, but not powder. Tree bombs were the biggest hazard of the day.
Good foto of a nice turn considering the rain/death crust. Down here at white pass it was the same except no tree bombs but rain crust of half an inch on all the beautiful tracks in the bc from saturday and sunday. The powder cycle is fini and now must wait for the next snowfall to bring the good conditions.
