Skied generally north aspects on the north side of Skyline Ridge with prodigal partner and current Colorado residence Mike and regular BC partner Thomas.  Snow was certainly more settled and dense than yesterday when I was riding the lifts on the other side of Highway 2, but it was still great.  Stability was outstanding and the top four feet generally cohesionless.  Experienced some sloughing on very steep pitches, but overall we could ski anything we wanted.  First tracks were hard to find in the area of the central gully, but even where tracks were encountered the snow was plenty soft that it didn€™t make much difference.  Lots of people were out getting the good yesterday.  On the way back down the south side the snow was great down to about 4500€™ where it turned to Cascade concrete.  Skiing that in the near dark and with tired legs made for a challenge.
