Wasatch touring questions

BCC and LCC related. Trying to find out if a parking permit is required to use the Spruces campground parking in BCC and if one is needed to use the parking at the White Pine trailhead in LCC.
I couldn't find any info from the Utah information sites.

No permits or fees required in winter. Both are excellent but popular trailheads and will be full early on weekends.

You can also park at the bottom of the canyon(s) and take a city bus to the trailheads. Or you can park at one trailhead and traverse from one canyon to the other and take a bus back to your car. Avoid rush-hour traffic in LCC on a powder day if the canyon will close for Avy control...
