Was an amazing day to go out. Shuksan was in full glory on the drive up, so that was a good start. The skin was a little breezy at times and fog was completely thick up at Artist's Point parking lot. We followed some other fellas over to the top of the chutes and headed down from there. Excellent snow, with a limited amount of sharks. Hope that the rest of the year continues the tradition of amazing snow up there in the side/back country!

Also, thanks to the guy in the parking lot who gave us a few beers, it was just what we needed!
Way to find the goods.
Welcome to TAY.

Thanks! This October was my first TAY, and a lot if that was thanks to the trip reports off of here. Hope to contribute more in the near future.

Sweet, another convert  :)
Rock on  ;D

I certainly won't, and I'm a stickler for continuity so I think I started something that may become obsessive at some point. Oh well, guess I'll have to live with skiing all year round. How awful.
