10/21/12 - hyak forest road
« on: 10/21/12, 07:14 PM »

Josh and I headed up to hyak rd with not big expectations. Ended up skinning about half mile on forest road until it ended and skied it down. Not bad at all. It'll beer melted out within the day

That's really funny....! Perfect interpretation of what may have been a Freudian spellcheck error. I guess we've all seen "beer melting" in the bc before....

No, this is autocorrect on my phone. This is what I get for posting updates from my phone *sigh*

it's like my other updates when I've posted 'pain point' instead of pan point on the snowfield at Rainier. Good times, thanks for pointing out a funny slip. And yes, there were many spots on the side of the road with yellow snow melt from what I saw.

Way to get creative close to home.
