October 21 ,2012 Chinook Pass

Nice day
12 "  snow to 18" .Ken Z and I circumskied  Naches Peak on 3pin  touring gear.Very light wind and enough sun to provide some nice vistas .  No real turns for us but but a few were chancing the light cover. Very nice mix of late fall color and new snow. More to come.

Nice....Joedabaker owes me a ton of money now as I bet him two weeks ago there would be skiing at Chinook by this Sunday.

Since when has 3-pin skiing ever been considered skiing?  Cheesy
I can't remember the terms of our conversation, but I do clearly remember my skepticism.
Nice job Robie!
The 3 inches of snow that fell last night is still lingering on my roof...good cold weekend!

Ron ,
knee is coming along. I'm going easy.

Joe ,
I held back from turns in the light cover because of my knee issue  but there were tracks down from the Outhouse saddle and in Naches glades .

Scotsman ,
You owe me a cut of your winnings  for the clarification!
