Went to Muir this morning for some exercise an encountered easy skinning conditions from just above upper parking lot. A couple of spots needed to take skis off and hike (pan point & pebble creek areas).
It was 100% clear skies and warm all morning. I decided to leave Muir at 12:15pm and skied super easy to turn snow until about 7900 feet when it started to get a little grabby but not bad at all and relatively easy conditions most of the way down.
