It has been a tradition to hit Silver Peak over the 4th of July now since '02 (only missing a couple of years). In recent years it has been far better for the sweet shots, knowing on some of those years I had to work quite hard for a few novelty turns. This year should be one of the best, If not the BEST I have ever seen. There still remains a good ski down towards Annette (see Silas, if you can't find the sweet shaded zone) & most of our favorite adrenaline rushes off of the Lower Dome.
