Frustrated at missing yesterday's great afternoon weather, we headed up today with the UW model forecasting no rain after midday.   Nice 1-2" slush runs on west slopes after 2pm.
We headed up early and got some liquid sunshine during the skin.  Cleared up after a bit though and we had some nice snow a little before noon.

This was  my first time up there this year, how long has the run down toward the lake been melted out?  I was hoping (irrationally maybe...) that it would still be in.

Nash dawg and my son agree, Sunday sublime slushified slopes skied superbly.

Nice to see you and the rest if the crew, Silas.

We should have been there.  Decided instead to do an urban birding run.  Might get up there after work this week.

Nice skiing up there Silas. Thanks for bringing some motivation to ski that back side. Until you all arrived Frank had convinced me it would be best just to hang out on the ridge and drink maker's.

Mike,
Thanks for letting us help you guys with that "Makers" :)
