I did a couple laps on Pilchuck yesterday, but skipped a second run on The Gunsight because it is borderline extreme. All the sluffing we've done this season has made bands of ice down the middle and skier's left side (the lower angle) so I had to hug the steeper right with rocks in the fall line below. Don't ski it unless you are very comfortable with no fall 45-50 degree. Crampons and axe would be recommended to climb up or down. Had to boot pack the first half mile or so to get to continuous snow, only a week or two left on the spring ski route depending on heat.
