Beautiful day, nice breeze made skinning comfortable in the heat.
Firm in the shade, 2" slush in the sun on the way down to Deadwood Lake around 1030AM. Nice firm base with 1" corn in the south slope of Shepherds Peak. 2-3" slush in the east slope to Sheep Lake around 1PM, upper Morse Creek, and down from Threeway at 3PM.  Only the last 200' vertical to Crystal base is dry.

Fun sounding tour.  I'll have to put that one in my playbook.

Was wondering where you all ended up; how did you get back to the car - hitch?

We stayed in the Yakima/Naches area and just got a bunch of sweet lines in.
