Lost ski... help if you can
« on: 06/04/12, 07:09 PM »

So the text below was my original post a few months ago.. I lost a ski on the herman saddle. I am guessing the snow has melted out enough to make the ski visible if im lucky. If anyone finds it a K2 174cm ski in the area, its a decent chance it belongs to my friend who's ski it was i lost. Thanks.

Hey so a really shitty situation came upon my friends and I... lost a ski during a fall in the Baker back country near the Mt Hermon Saddle. Very interesting day... none of us could could believe we couldn't find. We searched for about  4 or 5 hours and nothing. Turned the line inside out, but still nothing. We checked to see if it had run down hill, but no luck but were not ruling that out.

If anyone out there comes across it it would be more than awesome if could be returned. You would relieve more than just me as I borrowed the skis from a friend.

Also, though another wild reuest, if some has a single single K2 mt baker 174cm ski, possibly from a smilar incident....... also a single AT binding would be a miracle as well.

Thanks for taking the time to hear my plea.. If you got something to help me out let me know and we can work it out.

Attached is a a map and the red area is the general area we lost the ski.
